  • GoHighLevel credentials: Your GHL API key or subaccount access information, used exclusively to install compliant opt-in forms and configure workflows in your account.
  • Payment information: We process payments through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
  • Contact form submissions: Name, email, phone (optional), and message content when you contact us via our contact form.
  • Communications: Records of correspondence if you contact us by email or through our contact form.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time of visit.
  • Cloudflare data: Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes request data including your country of origin to enforce geographic service restrictions.
  • Cookies: We use minimal session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the SMSReady service
  • Deploy compliant websites and install opt-in forms in your GoHighLevel account
  • Generate your A2P registration documentation and compliance checklist
  • Process your payment for services

  • Enforce our Terms of Service, including geographic restrictions

  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe (payment processing), and Mailchannels (transactional email). These providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • GoHighLevel: When you connect your GHL account, we access your subaccount to install required compliance components. We do not share your GHL data with third parties.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of SMSReady, our customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We retain business information used for A2P registration documentation for a minimum of 3 years to support any regulatory inquiries related to SMS compliance.

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Log data is retained for 90 days. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law and our payment processor's policies.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after account deletion.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. GoHighLevel API keys are stored encrypted. We conduct periodic security reviews of our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
