Does each client need their own SMSReady account?

Yes. Each client sub-account in GHL requires its own A2P registration and its own compliant website. SMSReady deploys per-client — one account, one website, one GHL setup. You purchase SMSReady for each client you want to set up.

Can we use SMSReady under our agency's brand?

Yes. The compliant websites we deploy are branded for your client's business, not SMSReady. There's nothing in the deliverables that references SMSReady — you can present the entire package as your agency's work.

Do we need agency-level access to our clients' GHL accounts?

You'll need to either use your agency-level access or have the client's GHL API key available. Either approach works. We walk through the connection process in the setup flow.

What if a client already has a website?

We review the existing website for compliance. If it meets the requirements, we can work with it. If it doesn't — which is common — we either add the missing elements or deploy a new compliant site alongside it. We'll identify the gaps and walk you through the options.
